i have a problem running my business in third world country

Hello community.

i'm starting a small business (e-commerce) and i have such a great ideas and ik every strategy for it, but i'm kinda stuck & confused about situation i'm in rn
during setting up my account (PayPal express checkout) and trying to link my bank account to PayPal, i saw my country Algeria is not listed, why?
I saw an alternative way i think "link my credit card" but i don't have it cuz it costs 160£ (provided by AGB bank)  to get it in my country. (and that's the cheapest one to get)
please tell me there's way, how can i run my business while living in third world country
