I've used paypal for years by paying online using the balance I've had in paypal. All of a sudden, it's not been letting me use this balance and is instead saying I need to make a paypal cash account or transfer it to my bank account if it want to use it. Why did they take away the option to pay regularly from the paypal balance? Am I doing something wrong? Do i really need to set up a Cash account?
