I have not viewed PayPal for a long time, It has changed & I can't find my way in PayPal. I started selling on eBay again & PayPal transactions are confusing. As cash payments come in, the total goes up, but as payments goes out the total cash does not go down.
Also, I see that PayPal now collects state tax from buyers on all my sales & adds it to my account, making my account seem higher than my sales. I don't know understand?
