I’m not able to add my debit card

I’ve been trying for a few weeks now to add my debit card to my paypal account. Every single time it tells me that they’re not able to complete the transaction. I checked my info and even my billing address with my bank and everything is correct. I’m confused as to what the problem is. Anyone else having this problem?
