Basically the card owner wanted to buy something from my PayPal using their card so I said sure add it I don't mind, however we got a name doesn't match message and we don't know what to do. I thought we'd have to talk to the bank but then the card owner was like " we should ask the PayPal for help"
I wouldn't you would risk being banned from using paypal by allowing another access to your paypal account or adding a card that is not yours to that paypal account.
