Hi, I want to start an online marketplace for tutors business based in Bulgaria.

I want to know what are the transaction fees if we receive payments from US? What are the transaction fees if we receive money from Europe?

Since i need to send money to the tutors (after we take our cut) what % does paypal take for sending money to normal accounts and business accounts?

I just want to make sure.

So for Bulgaria for recieving domestic transactions the fee is 2.9% + 0.30$

Recieving from - Northern Europe : +0.5% + domestic transaction fee = 3.4% + 0.30$

                            Europe I : +0.5% + domestic transaction fee  = 3.4% + 0.30$

                            US/Canada: +2% + domestic transaction fee  = 4.9% + 0.30$

                            Europe II : +2% + domestic transaction fee = 4.9% + 0.30$

                            Rest of the World: +2% + domestic transaction fee = 4.9% + 0.30$

If my account has a Merchant rate status then it doesn't matter from where I recieve the money but it depends on my monthly sales, right?

Currency Conversion:

If my account main currency is USD and I recieve EURO from a user then I need to convert it to USD and the fee willbe 2.5%?

Withdrawal directly to bank account if the bank account uses the same currency as my paypal is free, right?

Payments : 2% of total payment amount.
