My freind wants to make a payment to me via paypal is it just the paypal address I give her?

Your Paypal email address is all she needs to pay to your Paypal account.

Or you can send her a paypal.me link if you have one.

If you are sure its a gift payment and not a payment for sales then make sure she uses the friends / family option and its free as long as she does not fund it via a CREDIT CARD.
