Is it normal that 48.87% of your total income year today is paypal fees?

This just doesn't sound right... that is almost 50% of my income equalling thousands of dollars in fees!

They advertise. It’s 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction....

I am hoping I have something set up incorrectly or something and will be able to get some sort of refund.
