Receiver got amount less than I sent

I send 127 EUR but receiver got 114 EUR. I checked with my bank and they said that senr 127 EUR. WHy recevied got amount less thatn I sent?

Sellers pay fees, otherwise paypal wouldn't make any profit or be able to pay their staff.
