I recently sent an invoice for $9 to a person that used a Visa OneVanilla card to pay for it. I accidentally clicked 'deny' instead of accepting, and told them. However, they're messaging me saying they have not been refunded, and instead the payment is stuck on pending. Help on getting their money back to them? Note: payer does not have a paypal account.

The payment will be returned to the buyer's card however, refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
