HOW add second phone with authenticator app for 2FA

Turned on 2FA.  Added my phone that's running authenticator.

NEED TO ADD MY WIFE'S PHONE EXACTLY THE SAME WAY - running an authenticator.

HOW do I do this?  So far, all it wants to do is let me get SMS.  Do NOT want SMS.  Want phone authenticator just like the other phone.

Is there a solution to this?  Having the app tied to one persons phone in a business is really poor.

Deactivate 2FA, the reactivate 2FA and scan the QR Code with both mobiles.
