The google solution doesn't work for reducing the file size of a photo (needed for uploading picture of ID to change name). How does one do this?

Hi DCCait, 

If you are having trouble making your file smaller maybe you could try copying the document into microsoft paint and saving it is a jpeg. This is something that I have done in the past and I am not sure why but it downsizes the file.
