Hey guys,
I am thinking about buying a computer processor from an individual seller that I do not know. He claims it is brand new and provided images, but I want to make sure I am protected by PayPals buyer protection in the case what I receive is not as described. If I am covered, what documentation do I need to make sure to collect during the transaction so I have everything I need to dispute if needed?

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read and then risk assess your transactions.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
