Had a few emails asking me to click the link and accept it to continue recieving card payments from the 27th may

Is this genuine??

Ive had the same too. I forwarded it to Paypal's Spoof email address to ask if it was legit and just got an automated ticket saying it would be looked into and meantime to delete the emails. Ive still had no reply from Paypal about it and have now received another email saying if I do not respond by the end of today I will no longer be able to accept card payments. I have tried ringing Paypal but they are closed. Really do not know what to do.

Upgrade your account to business and this will be solution

Thank you! I've just upgraded and it gave me the option to sign.

I have a business account the link is broke 

Whats my next option just ignore it?
