Can my Son make a Paypal Account over my name but with his Bank Account but i supervise it

Like said in the title i wanna ask if its Legal if i supervise the Account of my son but the money is from his Bank Account but under my name?

Not really no.

1. You are not allowed to own or use a Paypal account under 18.

2. The bank account on the Paypal account has to be in the exact same name.
