As Paypal scrapped the merchant fees for a flat 2.9% fee, is there any way to get a lower rate based on transactions? What's the new table of fees? I am doing over £124000/month and still on the 2.9% rate. Heard there are some different tier levels now, but can't find anything official from Paypal
