Automated mails not answering the questions

I receive automated mails on a previous post which has nothing but really nothing to do with the subject. Again I see 'We are sorry'... So irriating when receiving automated answers. Where to route mails which are actually analyzed by and replied by humans? Are mails replied by humans at Paypal except by compliance transactions at paypal who are never replying anyway?
