My buyer was charged a $4.94 automatic payment fee and she wants me to refund her this amount. What is this fee? How was she charged? Did I do something that caused her to be charged? Help! Any info greatly appreciated.
Hi @Maude68 Thank you for using PayPal. I understand this might be confusing in your part. How was the payment processed in your account? Is it a payment for goods or services or is it a personal payment? Because if the buyer selected personal payment and it is funded by a debit or credit card or a PayPal credit account, there will be a certain fee that is going to be charged to her. Or this might also be an international transaction where in a conversion fee is applied when sending payment.
