ANY ONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Its been two weeks and i've had enough of not being able to call Paypal customer services, is anyone else experiencing this?

 

I've tried and tried to talk to people on the messaging app and no matter how clear I lay it out for them or how in-depth I go about the issue i ultimately end up with someone looking at the issue for a split second and not really solving the issue at all.

 

The amount of false information that has led me round and round in circles has left me dumbfounded.

 

I'm begging for anyone out there that knows how to get something resolved with paypal to give me a heads up because i'm ultimately lost right now.

i can help just ring the real people 08003687155 yes i would google the number also but hey how many scammers would pay for a 0800 number hehe

Thanks for the advice @kernowlass ive tried and better tried the messaging service and it's like they don't know how to read, they throw things at me that don't deal with my problem and seems like they have some sort of time limit to deal with an issue and move on to another person.

 

I'm currently stuck in limbo with all my money stuck in PayPal.

 

Do you know if the US customer service number is operational? 

 

Trying my luck with twitter now but not holding out any hope.

Agree that reading comprehension seems to be lacking. Seems they're replying from a canned script and/or not interested in addressing the issue at hand.

I'm having the same problem. Payments not going through, no customer service help, unhelpful robot responses, zero reading comprehension on chat, money stuck in PayPal... I called the number and got another robot that said "We cannot support your inquiry over the phone at this time" and ended the call. The people on chat could not be less helpful and I've been told that no supervisors are available. Once I get my money, I will never use PayPal again.

I have accounts in multiple countries and I'm closing them all after many messages and calls with zero help.

Probably best as you are only allowed x2 account max and only then if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

I share all of your collective frustrations...there must be some way we can all group together to get their attention...my problems are almost word for word with what I'm reading on this forum...

I have an email address of their CFO...possibly we can bombard them into taking action?... I'm out thousands of dollars on a simple transfer to a relative..Steve
