Beware this company appears to operate under Danjun Ecommerce Ltd too. I have had the same issue on an order sent from China, poor quality item, requested return, told return shipping was too expensive, offered a $5 refund on $45 purchase, went round and round with them by direct email, then PayPal. PyPl kept postponing the dispute resolution date to the point where I would have run out of time to dispute with my credit card company so I filed a claim there. Money was refunded by credit card company and PayPal customer service has been a joke. I can't get anyone to tell me how to access transcripts of my pypl conversations with the seller or with pp customer service because they say the case has been closed on their end because I went through my cc company. At times, I felt pp customer service was working for the seller. My new policy is not to buy anything from China unless I absolutely have to, and only then if the product is available for me to inspect before purchase. And to only use pp when absolutely necessary.
