Hi Iam new to paypal,,,I am selling a pony,,the buyer says the money is paid including transport costs,,and that i have to transfer transport cost by western union to transporter is this unusal,,any help would be really apperciated,,,thanks

There are no ties between Western Union and PayPal - meaning when a buyer wants you to use both services - that's a red flag - you may want to walk away from this deal. You should also be aware that there's no seller protection for items when a buyer arranges a shipping service. You are responsible for providing to PayPal valid proof of shipping and delivery.
