I opened a dispute on an 'unauthorised payment' earlier because I did not recognize the account name and had not brought anything recently.
After more digging I realized Payment was for a preorder I had put in and once viewing my account on my pc instead of my phone it showed the sellers full details including the name of the website I brought it from.
Now Ive realised my mistake and need to cancel this claim!
ive went to the resolution centre and found my claim there.
Its currently under review. there is no option to cancel!
Ive tried contacting paypal but its out of business hours. Ive looked up how to cancel online but none if it helps. And some links ive found on paypal just take me back to my home/account page.
This is truely making me anxious and i just want it cancelled but it seems impossible?!
Any help would be appreciated !!
