What does Ebay have to do with it? Ebay just provides sellers with a venue to sell or a buyer to buy, they don't process payments for relatives.

If you mean Paypal then why is it Paypals fault that you made a mistake???

If you sent funds to the wrong person and the payment completed then that is your fault surely?
