why is there transaction fee which is not shown in my transaction details?

Hi,

I recently sent a transaction to my friend which doesn't show any transaction fee. However, when it is cleared, there is a huge transaction fee! I used to use PayPal transaction and there was no transaction fee. Can I cancel the transaction to get the money back?

Transaction as in a goods / services payment OR friends / family payment.

Was the sender charged OR the receiver?

The receiver is charged. It turned out that I repeated one previous transaction and the default purpose for this is paying an item or service although the old transaction is paying family or friend. I tried to start a new transaction and saw the option of changing the default (paying an item or service). So never try to repeat one transaction!
