i really don't understand why there is still no live customer service support after nearly 3 months?

There is 'some' in 'some' countries but very limited as unsafe to use call centres at the moment.

This is so frustrating when you message them and they don’t even reply for 3 months. My issue needs to be spoken on the phone but nothing. 180 days they make me wait for my money And now it’s been 230 because no communication
