Is anyone experiencing the same problem with family and friends option that take three to five days to get and sometimes even assessing fees to pay for transfer between family and friends? The transfer money from the bank to Paypal that leave the bank immediately and it takes 7 days to a see on the Paypal account. Do they transfer money on the bus or on some kind of train? Is not illegal to do that and openly take an advantage and use my money as long as they wanted? Please let me know if somebody experiencing the same problem. Thank you.

Transfers from bank accounts are never instant, that is why when you buy something paypal credit the seller upfront for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer to pay them back again, this is so you get your item without delay.
Takes several working days to transfer as Paypal use the slowest (cheapest) transfer option BUT funds normally leave your bank account from a few hours up to a few days later.
However if you are using the friends / family option from your bank account which is FREE then this time its you that takes the wait for the funds to transfer as they don't credit a f/f recipient upfront with those funds.
