I've been noticing a $5 "Clearing handling fee" appearing on my bank statements independent of a transaction fee paid to a seller. I can't tell when it's going to occur, and it doesn't seem to be for anything. Does anyone know what this fee is for, or if sellers should be noting that it's going to be applied?
