Hi, a stranger sent money to my account and asking me by email to send it back. Surely I can do that but just wanna make sure that this is not another type of scam etc. Is it always safe to send it back if someone send an email and ask like that? Yr help wld be appreciated.

Hello @Kkhh,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! What you have detailed sounds like a common scam. I would recommend refunding the transaction by clicking "Refund", not by sending the funds back through a separate transaction. Here's a Help Center article you may find useful: How do I send a full or partial refund?
Best wishes!
