so my girlfriend send me a money in paypal using FRIENDS AND FAMILY
which is 982$ and she paid 34$ fee
but when it came to me i only receive 880$
whats the possible cause of this?
Friends and family deduction will be only from sender and not receiver right????????

Now i am planning to TRANSFER IT to my bank
in paypal it say 42647 SOMETHING but WHEN I WAAS ABOUT TO TRANSFER IT IT SAYS 41387
and there's no fee
wtf?? so does that mean the ALMOST 100$ is just GONE like that? is there something wrong with my account? She said that this THING only happen to my account but whenever she send money to OTHER account with friends and family and OTHER COUNTRY she did not encountered this ridiculous problem where there's a lot OF FEES AND DEDUCTION EVEN ON RECEIVER
