eBay refund

I got an email from eBay saying an order I placed had been taken down because it may of been accessed by a third party and didn’t meet there term and conditions, I have emailed seller for shipping info or a refund and haven’t had a reply, my payment had gone through so eBay said to ask PayPal for one what do I do

I order 2 items from ebay after i pay the sellers ebay post a massage that this sellers

are not ebay sellers anymore paypal send me refund but in my bank account 

the payments are send again by paypal   i send emails to the sellers,ebay and paypal

and no help or answer from them
