I'm based in the UK but sometimes get paid via paypal in US dollars. I have a US dollar bank account linked to my paypal account. I used to be able to transfer US dollars out of my paypal account into the bank account for free... but now it seems there is a 3% charge. Is there a way around this? At no point am I doing a currency conversion - just withdrawing funds to a bank account
