As I have never needed to request a payment I asked a friend to send a £1 payment to trial this option but have only been credited £0.67. Why is this? They do not have a Paypal account so chose the “continue without an account option”, they paid by visa debit and they obviously had sufficient funds in this account.
Thanks for any help.
