What fees does the Seller have to pay?

I want to pay £35.82 to a seller so can have a guarantee as its a private sale.

Can anyone tell me what the charges are on this amount (includes postage) as the seller thinks 30%?

I will be paying the Paypal charges to her but cant find a calculation on it?

That doesnt work, all it says if various % and a fixed fee!!!

Isnt there a fee calculator somewhere???
