I got charged twice from paypal for $29 out of no where. Once on april 24th and again on may 1st. Can you help me figure out why and how to get my money back?? In my bank account, the transaction name is "ACH - paypal retry pym, NSF fee - item returned"
I'm sorry to hear you were charged $29 twice. Those sounds like they are Non-Sufficient Fund fees charged from your bank. I would recommend reaching out to your bank directly to inquire further about those fees. Good luck!!

Hey! The exact same $29 saying the exact same thing each PayPal... item returned popped in my bank account yesterday and i really appreciate how you dealt with it or what someone said besides this PayPal moderator that replied to you on here so i can know what to do myself. thanks!
