Unable to "Open" both packing slips and shipping labels to "print" them for shipping

Yesterday and today I have been unable to print packing slips or postage labels.  I have items needing to be shipped now.

May i suggest that in order for you to open or click the "Print packing slip" button, kindly clear you cache or cookies or as another option you may want to switch to a different browser, for example if you are using Google Chrome, you may want to use Internet Explorer instead.

If you were able to do so, kindly check on the following steps:

To print a Packing Slip for payment you have received with PayPal, follow these steps:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Locate and click the transaction.
3. Click Print Packing Slip under "Shipping" near the bottom of the page.
4. Review the receipt for accuracy. If the information is correct, click Print and then click Done.

Packing slips can be printed for any order without purchasing a label. A packing slip is not the same as a package list.
