Hi Team,
I have another paypal account on my name and the login ID is (edited by moderator) i have created long time back i have made few transaction on this account as well . As it has been very long time i forgot password and remember answer for only on security question also my contact has changed.
I tried resetting my password with Email as the code will be sent to my email ID and as mentioned in FAQs they have mentioned it will send a code and link to reset password i entered the code which has been sent to my email ID but it is asking to verify again with either bu contacting the number which is with my account or answer the security questions as i mentioned i have changed my contact and also forgot answer to one of my security questions , cant this be done with registered email ID itself.
Please help with this issue.
