Transaction fees

I have a Philippine personal paypal account and I want to transfer to a US personal account. How much is the paypal fee? Will they charge me and the receiver fees? Thank you

Depends on transaction type and funding sources.

FEES are in paypals user agreement.

Go to legal bottom right of this page > select the user agreement and the correct country from the drop down box.
