Selling digital goods, how do I take off the 'shipping address' from my invoices ?

My question is simple; I sell digital goods but paypal keep asking me to give tracking numbers despite my sales being digital goods. I just fear that the day I meet a bad customer, I end up doing a digital illustration for them and they dispute me, and since I don't have a shipping thing I can't prove the work was done.
Is there an option for digital sales that doesn't need a delivery address? Please let me know if there is. I want to keep using invoices since it helps me keep track of my payments, but it's really bothersome that I have to edit my bills each time to say 'shipping label not needed'.
And apparently, it's harder to contact paypal customer service for something so specific than it is to contact the prime minister so. Please help 🙂
