Seller fees are over 4%??

Why are my seller fees so high? I have a $20 sale and the paypal fee is $1.00 that's 5% of the sale!?

Please assist?

Nope! And it's true for all my US orders...

Example: $28.99  gets me a $1.37 paypal fee, $57.98 gets me a $2.33 pay pal fee? This is robbery.
