Seller name: EvolutionGN (can be reached via https://bdoevolution.to/ and clicking panel/buy) is working from stolen files (from the original developers https://www.blackdesertonline.com/) and hosting stolen data and charging for items, can I report this somewhere? I myselves had not made a purhcase yet but got told today that appareantly its highly illegal and wanted you guys to be aware that you (paypal) are taking part as a middle man in this criminal organisation.
