I want to report a suspicious looking transaction, not dispute it

I am NOT a buyer who wants to dispute a payment. I am the merchant who has been paid. So the Resolution Center has nothing to offer, as it's entirely focused on customers who want to dispute a transaction and get money back.
In this case, I have the money. In a way, it's no skin off my nose. But the transaction looks fishy to me and if someone's PayPal account has been hacked, I would think everyone would want to know. But I see no way to call attention to such a transaction. I'm not disputing it. I don't know that it was fraudulent. I'm not out any money. I just want someone to have a look at the account and see if there is more trouble in evidence.
Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks.
