Reporting an phishing attempt impersonating as Paypal

How do I report a phishing attempt impersonating as Paypal? I couldn't find a working report link in similar issues.

I received a SMS text claiming to be Paypal stating "To avoid suspension you need to accept our new terms and conditions" and the URL included goes to a bogus Paypal login screen.

I would just delete it, hundreds report them every day i would think.

However in future do not click on any links in spoof emails or texts.
