Question about new account, fees and limitations

Hello,

a friend of mine wants to open paypal account to sell his car which costs 15 000 Euro. He asked me some questions, but I didnt used paypal for years so i cant answer them. So can you please help me with the following:

1. When he register his account, can he get the payment right away?

2. Can he witdraw the money to his bank account right away or he has to do something like verification?

3. Are there any limits in withdrawing?

4. What will be the fees and taxes?

2. Dependent on country he may have to add a bank account or credit card to verify.

4. Legal > user agreement > select country > fees.

5. Personally I would not use paypal for a car sale as there is 0 seller protection.

I have same issue I created new account . Limit my account .Close my account . I didn’t provide driver License I provide with health card that had my information too.
