Phishing?

Hi all, I got an email from what appears to be a legitimate PayPal service address (I was going to include the actual address, but this board won't let me post with that included, so I had to delete it) with the subject "Automatic reply to PayPal email SAXK (KMM432393600V57668L0KM)". It says, "Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Service. In an effort to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please direct all customer service inquires through our website..." and gives some instructions for contacting PayPal through the website or working through the the Resolution Center.
It all looks OK, except...I haven't contacted PayPal about any issues requiring resolution, so I'm thinking this is a phishing attempt, or maybe an actual hack. Has anyone seen a message like this? Any ideas?
