paypal denied my claim cause the said they given a tracking number from the seller (china) that was taken from amazon for some other address it was a phishing site that was later flagged as phishing so what do I do now?
I am having same issue. They ruled in favor of a company out of china that has not shipped my products yet. They are stating they have evidence that it was delivered, which is only a shipping label (which anyone can create a shipping label). It's so frustrating. I am appealing, but don't have much hope. If I don't get my money back, I will never use Pay Pal again.
