Paypal stole my money

Payment to: Paypal; Paypal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation After waiting for 200+ days and talking to customer service for 20 days straight (because i couldnt withdraw thru my card or gcash), i found out that they took my money last Dec 31, 2021 without any notice. I live in the Philippines and the stress they gave me is too much. I am willing to bring this to court. Where can i file a complaint? - Does any of you experienced the same thing? Did you get the money back?

Feel free to seek legal advice but sadly paypals user agreement has been legally agreed in every country where they offer their services.
