Paypal status in Bosnia & Herzegovina

Dear community  and Paypal users

I am doing some research about status of Paypal in Bosnia & Herzegovina, also I  would like to know why is the status of Paypal in difference with lets say Bosnia and other Europe country. What are those important value to categorise Paypal status in some country. And if you could lead me to some Privace Policy of Paypal.

If you could help me I would realy appreciate it.

Not sure what status you are talking about but some countries have agreements, business/governmental/economic/market/infrastructure,etc , which allow certain functions/services. For instance, B/H can only withdraw to cards, not direct to bank accounts. In India, PayPal accounts can not send/receive personal payments, only commercial ones. Some places PayPal don't service at all. Some can only send and buy with their PayPal account.
