I am trying to open a paypal account for the PTF (parent-teacher-forum) for the school my kids attend in Austria. We would like to open it as a personal account and just reading online I am not sure if I will need to attach a credit card to the paypal account or can this account get verified by connecting to a bank account.
Also if I can get some information on what limits (Euro or number of transactions) there are on personal paypal accounts in Austria - is the Euro amount limited to Euro 2500 annually for personal accounts?
