I'm new to Paypal and would like to know how much is the fee when transferring Paypal money overseas? My relative transferred money to my Paypal account, and it turned out that I paid 34% of it, so I got much lesser than what I was supposed to. I understand that fees occur, but I would like to confirm if it really is 34%. We tried this twice, and it's still the same. This is a bit too much and we also find it weird, since she also does transfers to my other relative here, and it's just around 10%. So how come I'm paying 34% instead of 10%? By the way, she's from Netherlands and I'm from the Philippines. My other relative whom she's been sending money to as well is also from here.
