HI all,

Any know what is the email address for paypal contact center?

I wish to report an issue on my paypal account.

However, the message center really useless and keep giving me the link which is not helpful at all and mentioned "no agent is avaialble".

Tried to open a case but also having error.

I feel like helpless here to reach to Paypal contact center as they are well hidden there without sharing any other altenative to reach to them.

Advise not to use Paypal for purchase payment as can't imagine how hard to get support if my transaction issue again next time.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
